‘Nallavan’ is a Malayalam movie being directed by a debutant Aji John ,a popular television producer and editor has been under shooting from 20th Jan,2010.

The film casts Jayasuryia in a very different role. Mythili, the girl who debuted in the Mammootty-Renjith movie ‘Palery Manickyam- Oru Pathirkolapathakathinte Katha’ has bagged the female lead in the movie. The film is being produced by V.K Siyad under the banner of Veekay Cinemas,the cinematographer is Manoj Pillai and music Mohan Sithara. The movie is planned to be shot at Punaloor, Chennai, Thenkasi and Madurai.the other casts in the movie are Saikumar, Shammi Thilakan, Suraj, Salimkumar, Maniyanpilla Raju, Sudheesh, Bijukuttan.

Malayalam film Manikya kallu photo Gallery

After ‘Thanthonni’, Anwar and ‘Pokkiri Raja’, Prithviraj will join the sets of ‘Manikya Kallu’, the new movie by M Mohanan (‘Katha Parayumpol’ fame). The young star will appear as Vinayachandran, a government school teacher who is transferred to a silent village. Telling the intense story of a teacher-student relationship, the movie will also feature Innocent, Salim Kumar, Mukesh, Jagathy, Kottayam Nazeer, Jagadeesh and K P A C Lalitha.

The movie which will also feature a bunch of child artists will be scripted by the director himself. Produced by Gowri Meenakshi movies, the music department of the movie will be handled by M Jayachandran. The makers are in the lookout for fresh promising faces as child artists and the heroine.

Malayalam new film Ninnishtam Ennishtam photo still gallery

Here comes yet another remake in Malayalam by superstar Mohanlal. After his 2009 film Sagar Alias Jackie Reloaded, a sequel to Irupatham Noottandu (1987), Mohanlal will soon remake his yesteryear super hit Ninnishtam Ennishtam (1986), directed and scripted by Priyadarshan. The sequel will be directed by Aleppey Asharaf and scripted by director Renjth's brother Rajiv. Most of the cast in the original will be returning in the sequel, which will have comedian Suraj Venjaramoodu playing the son of the character played by late actor Pappu in the original. The director also plans on casting a few fresh faces. Kanoor Rajan will be the music director. More details are awaited

Kollywoods numero uno star Suriya has become the proud father of a baby boy today morning (June 7).

His wife Jyothika gave birth to a baby boy at a private hospital in Chennai at 4.03am.

Suriya flew down from Mumbai, where he was shooting for Ram Gopal Varmas Rakthacharitra to share this special moment with his family. This happy news could not have come at a better time, as the actors Singam is turning out to be a super hit.

Diya is growing up and also needs a company, thus this is the right time to bring in the second baby. Mother and baby are healthy and we want to thank everyone for their sincere best wishes and kind thoughts", stated a source close to the family.
